We employ highly qualified Electronic engineers in our Field Service and Workshop areas that are expert at customer related issues. Our call logging system provides our engineers with detailed information relating to the customer problems allowing them to be fully prepared with the correct parts for each specific call. Our aim is to solve problems on a first visit basis reducing equipment downtime.

Wherever possible our engineers attempt to repair all equipment on site. Should equipment require workshop repair the goods are removed, repaired and returned with the minimum delay and in some cases replacement equipment supplied .

We offer a rapid response to site anywhere in mainland UK. Our annual maintenance contracts can be specifically tailored to individual requirements in line with Service Level Agreements. Maintenance contracts are flexible to cater for customer requirements. Standard cover is Monday to Friday with additional resource provided for weekend and ad hoc services.

Workshop Repairs

Hardware Maintenance

As a specialist computer service and maintenance company we offer the highest standard of service through our experienced engineers who have the systems knowledge to match our customer requirements.

PC Maintenance

TG Systems provide professional hardware maintenance for PC workstations, printers, tape units, modems and other peripherals. A range of response times and optional features allow a contract to be tailored to customer operational needs and budgets. Within the contract mix, low priority systems may be covered on a time and materials repair basis.

Network Maintenance

Network faults are more serious than individual PC failures. Hubs, switches and routers are critical network components, along with the associated cabling system.

TG Systems can offer a comprehensive 'one stop shop' support package to maintain the Network and the Servers together with the attached PC's and peripherals.

On Site Maintenance

TG Systems offers the best in onsite maintenance. Our Field Engineers are experienced in dealing with all aspects of site repair, preventative maintenance and customer relations.

Constant contact with our NCC ensures that the engineer has the necessary equipment for the repair or replacement of the faulty unit on the initial visit.

Server Maintenance

TG Systems specialise in server maintenance. The quality of our other services flow from this core competency to achieve a first time fix in a 'network down' situation.

A team work approach provides back up to the on-site engineer, ensuring that the customer's Server is operational again as soon as possible.

A tailored service, offering enhanced options for critical systems, for example, 24 hour cover, dedicated spares, disaster recovery, health checks and operating system support.
